The Employment Solution

The Employment Solution is a staffing solution provider who called on Sparkplug to come up with their name and identify and to establish their point of difference. We developed materials that were based on a key consumer insight: that all people in hiring positions had at one time chosen inferior candidates. Our campaign produced impressive results. TES was besieged with requests for qualified candidates and we were besieged with compliments from our client.
